Some clients combine small-group training with private sessions or classes. This provides a nice variety of training, you still get the benefits of working with a coach, and you’ll allow your budget to stretch a bit further.

Why Choose Small Group Training?

Small Group Personal Training is a fun cost effective way to get personal coaching and a total body strength building, fat burning workout. Committing to a Small Group will keep you accountable, motivated, and having fun working out with others! Small Groups run 30-40 minutes and include assessments/testing, nutritional guidance, individualized attention, & accountability. 

Small Group Training Times:

Mon, Wed, Fri: 

Strength Training

6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am & 10:00am

Tues & Thurs:

8:00am Cardio Conditioning

1-5 training sessions per week

Sign up required. Limited to 6 per session.
